DROP FORGED CHAINS

The drop forged fork link chain is designed with a rib-shape and is for a continuous conveyor system. The conveyor
path can be horizontal, inclined and vertical. It is the best choice for many bulk materials such as powders,
granules, f lakes, and blocks. We provide different types of drop forged fork link chain products. All have solid shaft
pin designs and can be assembled for light or heavy duty. The drop forged fork link chain is also known as a f light
conveyor or scraper conveyor where the fork links can be welded with different styles of flights or scrapers. We
provide many options to match all customers' unique conveyor designs.
Our fork link chain is forged from high quality alloy steel, such as SAE4140 (Chromium Molybdenum). We can
customize the chain to support special requirements regarding materials and heat treatments to achieve greater
strengths and wear resistance.

is the main process used in the manufacturing of fork link chain. With many years of

Quality Assurance Every chain product will be inspected and tested in our in-house laboratory. Testing will
focus on machined dimensions, surface and core hardness. All of the results are stored
in our company database and can be accessed at any given time.
