DROP FORGED RIVETLESS CHAINS
The Drop Forged Rivetless Chain processing includes hot & cold forging, punching, and f ine chain-pitch machining.
Advanced heat treatment processes are applied to improve steel hardness, strength and toughness. This further
increases resistances against wear and tear, corrosion, impact and load stress.
We incorporate a variety of steel materials and ref ined processing techniques to minimize chain elongation and
extend the products lifespan. All of our chains can be customized to suit the customers requirements. Available
options for material include:
-SAE1045 (medium carbon steel)
-SAE4140 (chromium molybdenum alloy steel)
-SAE1552 (medium carbon high manganese steel)
-SAE8640 (nickel chromium molybdenum alloy steel)
-SUS304 (heat-resistant stainless steel)
The Drop Forged Rivetless Chain is suitable for various industries such as automobile, electronics, household
appliances, light industry, food processing, chemical and other assembly line operations.
This type of chain can be utilized for pre-treatment cleaning, spray-painting, product assembly, testing, packaging
and other process productions during the conveying process. The conveyor system can operate continuously in
areas that are hazardous to workers and that are difficult to execute production processes in. These hazardous
areas include harmful gas zones, painting areas, high temperature drying ovens, and operations in sub-zero
temperatures. This assists in the improvement of working conditions for employees.
Our conveyor chain systems have low power consumption, low noise pollution, and provide smooth operations
and maintenance within a safety-focused environment.
Surface Treatments We also offer a variety of surface treatments, including anti-rust oil, white & yellow zinc
plating, mechanical galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, blackening and pickling.
